Please refer to your online application vide ref id no. 61481 dated 18.01.2023 , along with the offline letter No. MP/REQ/DGMS/01/23/01 dated 17.01.2023, enclosing therewith the performance reports and the scientific test report titled “Type  Examination Certificate along with test assessment report of intrinsically safe METH-CO METER for underground mines, Model No. MP/CH4CO-02 as per IEC 60079-11:2011 for use in Gas Group I, EPL Ma  atmosphere", conducted at M/s CSIR- CIMFR, Dhanbad, on the above subject.

The subject matter has been examined in light of infomation furnished in your application, test assessment report and the performance report. In view of the satisfactory performance  reports, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S-66021/07/2014- Genl/ P-102  dated 05.11.2015 , DGMS approval No. SA-04/2015 for a further period of two years from 04.11.2022, i,e.  upto 03.11.2024, subject to the strict compliance of  the conditions of approval granted vide the letter No. S-66021/07/2014- Genl/ P-102 dated 05.11.2015, read with modification letter Nos. S-66021/07/2014-Genl/Ap-07 dated 08.07.2018 and MSE-29022/20208/2019/MSE(HQ) dated 10.12.2019.
