Please refer to your online application vide ref id no. 62043 dated 30.08.2024, the offline documents submitted vide ref. letter No. MSE-29022/62043/2024/MSE(HQ) dated 25.10.2024, clarification submitted vide Ref No. NBF Co Ltd/DGMS/2024-25 dated 24.10.2024 and vide Ref No. NBF Co Ltd/DGMS/2024-25/01 dated 04.11.2024 on the above subject.
The subject matter has been examined in light of your application and documents submitted. I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. 14(5)94- Genl/2990 dated 01.10.1997 for a further period of five years, i,e. upto 01.10.2029, subject to the strict compliance of the following additional conditions.
- The factory inspection may be made by an Officer of this Directorate, if felt necessary, any time to assess/reassess the capability of the manufacturer in respect of quality control, testing and other facilities.
- The product shall be tested from any Govt. approved laboratory, whenever standard of testing changes and the approval gets revalidated from this Directorate under the new /revised testing standards.
- All precaution in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 applicable for transport, storage, handling, charging, use and firing of the explosive in underground coal mines shall be observed.
