Please refer to your online application ID No. 51238 dated 09.5.2022 on the above subject. In view of satisfactory performance reports received from the mines, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/21/2012-Genl/P-1046 dated 22.10.2014 for a further period of five years i.e. up-to 21.10.2026.
