Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/40992/2021/Electrical(HQ) dated 18.09.2021, offline application No. EEC/DGMS/RKG  dated 06.09.2021 on the above subject and CIMFR test report No. CIMFR/TC/P/1048 dated 26.11.2010 and CIMFR/TC/Amend/10-11 dated 23.12.2010, BIS License No. CM/L- 2291047 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard. 

 

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 648 of 2012) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 362/2216/EHQ dated 04.10.2012 for a further period of two years, i.e. up to 26.10.2023 for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

 

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
