Dear Sir/Mam

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 and in reference to the performance report of the mine user furnished vide letter no. WCL/PKD/TAWA/SAM/2025-26/540 dated 13/02/2026 and submitted Test Reports. I hereby accord the conditional renewal approval with the strict adhere with the conditions mentioned in Annexure-I of original approval (DGMS approval no. 825 of 2024) without any alteration of associated electrical apparatus and submission of test reports with QANs of intrinsically safe associated electrical apparatus within 3 months from the date of issuance of this letter.

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
