In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/179/2006-Genl/ P-516, dated 06.2.2007 read with letter No. S 66021/179/2006-Genl/RP-51, dated 10.04.2015 for further period of two years i.e up-to 24.03.2024.
