No. IDEAL/IDPLL/2022-23 dated 06.5.2022 on the above subject.

In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/31/2014-Genl/P-1233 dated 16.01.2015 for further period of two years i.e. up-to 15.01.2024
