Please refer to your online application ID- 51190, dated 14.03.2022, this Directorate’s letter No. MSE-29022/51190/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 29.03.2022 and your online reply vide letter No. DSIPL/GM/DGMS/2022/X-am 5600/04 dated 09.04.2022 on the above subject matter.
In view of the satisfactory performance reports, I in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 and Regulation 141 of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s vide letter No. S 66021/33/2015-Genl/P-22 dated 06.04.2017 for further period of five years i.e. up-to 05.04.2027.
