Please refer to your online application vide ref id no. 61435 dated 06.12.2022 and offline letter dated 05.12.2022, on the above subject, enclosing therewith the  performance reports from M/s TATA Steel Ltd., Functional ability test reports from M/s CIMFR and  Practical performance test reports  from GM (Rescue), M/s ECL.

 In view of the  satisfactory performance test reports ,  I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under the Rule 11(5) of the mines Rescue Rules 1985 and Regulation 243(1) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017,hereby extend the validity of approval ( SA-3/2007) of  Chemical Oxygen type  Self Rescuer  30 minutes  Model “Ci-30” manufactured by M/s DEZEGA Holding Ukraine Ltd. , granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 65019/1/2007-Genl/3725 dated 22.08.2007, for  further  period of five years, i,e  up to 30.09.2027, subject to strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s approval letter No. S 65019/1/2007-Genl/3725 dated 22.08.2007.
