Aretex Power, Dhanbad, for use in belowground coal mines, under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017-Renewal thereof

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021|62524|2025|Electrical(HQ), dated 02/09/2025, on the above subject, along with the CIMFR Test and Assessment Report No. IN/CIMFR/TR25/S/H415, dated 24.02.2025, , BIS License No. CM/L-5800030109 , Drawing no: AP-WGLF/15/01 (Sheet 1 to 2) Dated: 28.08.20219, and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 759 of 2020 ) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 629/144/ EHQ, Dhanbad, dated 26.02.2020 for a further period of two years, i.e. up to 25.09.2027 for use in belowground Coal Mines. The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with, along with the following condition:

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
