                 In view of the satisfactory performance reports from mines, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, and 2(2) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961, hereby renew the approval granted by this Directorate vide letter No. S-66021/96/2006-Genl/5079, dated 12.11.2007, and amended vide this Directorate letter No.S-66021/96/2006-Genl/2375, dated 28.08.2012, for further period of five years upto 30.11.2025. The approval shall remain valid till the manufacturer has a valid BIS certification.
