CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, Ahmadnagar, i conforming to IS/IEC 60079-0:2011, IS/IEC 60079-1:2014 and IS/IEC 60529-2001 for use in belowground  Coal Mines –  Renewal thereof.

             Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/30689/2020/Electrical (HQ) dated 10.12.2020, offline application No. LTM/DGMS/REN/2020-21/09, dated10.12.2020 on the above subject and ERTLtest report Nos. ERTL(E)/TES/C299/0011/12-19, dated 01-05-2020 , BIS License No. CM/L- 0870053 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard. 

              I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. ( 78 of  1974) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 83/598/EHQ dated 02-05-2-1974 for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 06-04.2026 for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

              Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
