Please refer to your online application no. E-29021/62450/2025/Electrical (HQ) dated 16/07/2025 on the above subject and test report no. IN/CIMFR/TR25/R/1831 dated 06/01/2025, BIS licence no. CM/L- 5412755, performance report of Shyamsunderpur colliery (M/s ECL) dated 05/07/2025 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.
I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No.246 of 1984) granted for renewal approval vide this Directorate's letter No. vide letter no. E-29021/30531/2020|Electrical (HQ) dated 22/09/2020 for a further period of five years i.e. up to 10/09/2030 for use in belowground Coal Mines in India.
Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
