In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulation, 2017 and 141 (5) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No.S-66021/09/2012-Genl/P-1078, dated 20.11.2014 which has been modified vide letter No. S-66021/09/2012-Genl/AP-71 dated 13.7.2016 for a further period of two years i.e. 19.11.2023.
