CG Power  and Industrial Solutions Ltd., Ahmednagar for use in belowground Coal Mines– Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application no. E-29021/62400/2025/Electrical (HQ) dated 06/06/2025 on the above subject and test report no. IN/CIMFR/TR20/317 dated 30/01/2020 with amendment letter no. CIMFR/FES/Amend/2019-20/01/477 dated 11/02/2020 and Clarification letter no. CIMFR/FES/Clarification/22-23/284 dated 22/09/2022, CM/L-0000870053 with endorsement no.71 dated 22/05/2025   and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No.  126A Group-I of 1976) granted renewal approval vide this Directorate's letter no. E-29021/30613|2020|Electrical(HQ dated 18/02/2021  for a further period of two years, i.e. up to 06/08/2027 for use in belowground Coal Mines in India.

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
