R. China for using in longwall workings of Jhanjra Coal Mine  of M/s Eastern Coalfields Limited_renewal thereof.

Please refer to online application vide letter no. S-29023/61300|2022|S&T (HQ), dated 29.07.2022 and document enclosed therewith vide letter no. CODCO/DGMS/20220729 dated 26.07.2022, GPL/MIN/JH/2022-23/826 dated 26.08.2022 and GPL/MIN/JH/2022-23/908 dated 08.06 .2022 on the above subject.

 Based on the information furnished and the satisfactory performance report, I, under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval of “2 Legged 11000 KN capacity Powered Roof Supports (PRS) Type ZY 11000/26/56” Manufactured by M/s China Coal Beijing Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., P. R. China for using in longwall workings of Jhanjra Coal Mine of M/s Eastern Coalfields Limited granted vide letter No. S-29023/472/2014/S&T (HQ)/1044 dated 17.10. 2017 for an operation of maximum 26000 cycle (including field trial cycle) or for a further period of five (05) years with effect from 03.09.2022, whichever is earlier,  subject to the compliance of all the conditions as mentioned in approval  letter No. S-29023/472/2014/S&T (HQ)/1044 dated 17.10.2017.
