In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/193/2006-Genl/ 2112, dated 31.08.2010 read with Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/193/2006-Genl/ 2268 dated 10.8.2012 and letter No. S 66021/193/2006-Genl/ RP-74 dated 18.7.2016 for further period of two years i.e up-to 30.08.2023.
