Please refer to your letter No. IDL/RKL/Safety & LC/No. 1647 dated 03.03.2020 and online application No. 30504 dated 14.05.2020 on the above subject.

In view of satisfactory performance report from mine, I, by virtue of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the validity of approval of Pentadyne-HP (Composition PE-5U) for use in gassy coal mines/seams of first degree gassiness manufactured by you for a period of five years i.e. from 28.04.2020 to 27.04.2025 subject to strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/196/2006-Genl/ 2949 dated 28.08.2009 read with letters bearing No. S 66021/196/2006-Genl/ 2914 dated 10.10.2011 and No. S 66021/196/2006-Genl/ RP-54 dated 18.05.2015.
