In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate letter No. 14(3)2002-Genl/3428 dated 01.10.2003 for further period of two years upto 01.10.2022.
