In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. 14(2)99/Genl/2227 dated 21.6.2000 read with letter No. S 66021/180/2006-Genl/ RP-60, dated 18.5.2015 for further period of two years i.e up-to 29.03.2024.
