Please refer to your online application No. 30363 dated 25.11.2019 on the above subject.

In view of satisfactory performance report from the user, I, by virtue of the powers conferred on me, under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the validity of approval of MEC COAL-5 a P-5 type explosives composition for use in gassy coal mines/seams of second degree manufactured by you for a period of five years i.e. from 30.12.2019 to 29.12.2024 subject to strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/158/2006-Genl/4139 dated 30.12.2009.
